This definitive Helles Bock from the ancestral home of the style in Einbeck presents a masterclass in balanced strength. Dominated by a rich core of Pilsner and Munich malts, it delivers deep notes of fresh dough, toasted crackers, and a subtle grainy sweetness. In keeping with the original recipe, a refined presence of spicy German noble hops provides a subtle hint of herbal counterpoint, leading into a spicy aromatic finish.
