Eight Degrees Brewing Seisiún is a vibrant American IPA designed for sessionability without sacrificing impact. It leads with a bright, aromatic hop profile characterized by intense notes of citrus zest, tropical pineapple, and a hint of resinous pine. The base is built upon a clean, grainy malt backbone that provides a crisp, refreshing structure. This beer balances its prominent bitterness with a remarkably light, approachable body, finishing dry and clean. Originally crafted as a festival sipper, it delivers a punchy hop experience that remains balanced and remarkably drinkable, emphasizing fresh hop character and a sparkling, lively effervescence.

Appearance. Medium gold with a slight, inviting haze; crowned by a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring bright citrus, tropical fruit, and light floral notes. A low, clean, grainy maltiness supports the hop presentation with a very clean fermentation profile.

Taste. High hop flavor echoing the citrus and tropical fruit notes found in the aroma. It features a medium-high bitterness that is firm but clean, supported by a low, grainy malt character. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering hoppy, bitter aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth texture and medium-high carbonation. It lacks any harshness or astringency, offering a refreshing and clean sensation without any alcohol warmth.
