Appearance. Color is deep gold to light reddish-amber (9-11 SRM). Features a large, persistent off-white head with excellent lacing. Clarity is clear to brilliant, with no significant haze.
Aroma. High hop intensity featuring prominent citrus notes of grapefruit and orange zest, alongside floral and spicy pine accents. Deeper, earthy, and slightly resinous undertones are supported by a low, clean maltiness with a faint hint of bready grain.
Taste. Initial impression is decidedly hop-forward, showcasing layers of lemon peel, pine resin, and soft tropical fruit. A medium-high bitterness provides a clean, crisp structure without being harsh. The malt profile is supportive and low, with a distinct, smooth wheat character emerging toward the finish. Fermentation is clean, leading to a medium-dry, lingering hoppy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively mouthfeel. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is noticeable but stays smooth without any harshness or astringency.
