Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent citrus oils and a specific blackcurrant berry character. A low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness provides a supportive foundation. The fermentation profile is neutral and clean, free of significant yeast-derived esters or phenols.
Taste. High hop flavor mirroring the citrus and blackcurrant notes found in the aroma. The malt flavor is low to medium-low, appearing clean and slightly grainy with a touch of light toast. Bitterness is medium-high to high, providing a firm but clean edge that lingers into a dry finish. The aftertaste is hoppy and crisp with no harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, non-astringent texture. Carbonation is medium-high, lending a lively mouthfeel that enhances the dry finish. A very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated into the overall structure.
