This Alternative Grain Beer presents a sophisticated twist on the classic lager, highlighting the aromatic elegance of Indrayani rice. The sensory journey begins with a delicate floral and nutty perfume, typical of this specialty grain, layered over a clean, pale malt foundation. On the palate, a gentle, cereal-like sweetness from the rice transitions seamlessly into a crisp, refreshingly dry finish. Subtle hops provide just enough balance without overshadowing the rice’s quiet complexity.
