This India Pale Lager reimagines the classic German Pils through a vibrant, modern lens. A brilliant gold pour with high carbonation sets the stage for an expressive aromatic profile dominated by Citra and Cascade hops. The clean lager fermentation allows the dry-hopped intensity to shine, delivering bright layers of grapefruit, lime, and tropical mango against a crisp, cracker-like malt backdrop. The palate is defined by a firm bitterness that cleanses the tongue efficiently, leading into a bone-dry finish. Appearance. Deep straw to yellow (3 SRM); brilliant clarity with a persistent, creamy white head that leaves delicate lacing.
