This modern American IPA showcases a vibrant, hop-forward profile built upon a crisp Pils malt foundation. The interplay of Simcoe, Mosaic, Azacca, and El Dorado hops delivers an intense sensory experience, bursting with layers of tropical fruit, pine resin, and zesty citrus. On the nose, expectations of mango and stone fruit are met with a clean, lean malt backdrop. The palate follows suit, offering a sharp, refreshing bitterness that cuts through the delicate graininess, leading to a bone-dry, lingering finish. It embodies a contemporary spirit—clean, exceptionally dry, and aggressively aromatic while maintaining a bright, refreshing drinkability.

Appearance. Medium gold (7 SRM), brilliant clarity. Features a medium-sized white head with excellent persistence and fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent tropical fruit notes of mango and pineapple, alongside stone fruit, citrus zest, and a backing of resinous pine. Low, clean, grainy-sweet malt character supports the hops. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. High hop flavor echoing the tropical and resinous aroma. Low grainy-sweet malt flavor provides a lean foundation. Medium-high bitterness is firm but clean. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering hoppy and bitter aftertaste. No harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth texture. Medium-high carbonation provides a refreshing bite. Very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated.
