Edge Brewing Accidental Jedi is an intense Triple IPA that pushes the boundaries of the Double IPA style. It pours a striking dark golden hue with an inviting off-white head. The aroma is a massive collision of citrus and lemon zest, underscored by a complex layer of spice and resinous dankness. On the palate, aggressive tropical fruit and piney notes are supported by a soft, clean malt backbone that provides just enough structure to balance the assertive, lingering bitterness. Despite its potent 10.9% ABV, it maintains a remarkably dry, zesty finish with a distinctively smooth, oily mouthfeel that coats the tongue in hop resins.

Appearance. Dark gold to light orange-copper (SRM 9–13); moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with dense lacing; brilliant clarity.
