Los lúpulos Citra, Simcoe y Ekuanot trabajan con la cepa de levadura Coastal Haze para ofrecer aromas / sabores frutales intensos, que incluyen mango, melón y lima, pero sobre todo piña recién cortada, ya sabes, ¿ese aroma se obtiene del corazón de una piña? Los sabores a pomelo se manifiestan grandes y jugosos en el medio. La galleta dulce y la malta de trigo aportan algo de cuerpo y textura. Termina bastante seco, con un ligero amargor cítrico persistente. Citra, Simcoe and Ekuanot hops work with the Coastal Haze yeast strain to deliver intense fruit aromas\/flavours, including mango, melon and lime, but above all freshly cut pineapple fruit - you know, that aroma you get from the heart of a just-ripe pineapple? Grapefruit flavours come through big and juicy in the middle. Sweet biscuit and wheat malt provide some body and texture. Finishes fairly dry, with a faint lingering citrusy bitterness. If you missed MASH Craft Beer Fest this year like we did, then enjoy this beer and hold tight for 2021's edition!
