This collaborative American Pale Ale showcases a global hop profile, bridging four continents through an innovative dry-hopping regimen. The sensory journey begins with floral and herbal notes from Loral, quickly layered with white grape and melon nuances from Ella and Enigma. South Africa’s Southern Passion contributes distinct red berry and passionfruit aromas, while the French GJ2 adds a unique fruity complexity. Supported by a clean, biscuity malt backbone, the beer delivers a refreshing, firm bitterness that balances the vibrant tropical and spicy hop flavors. It is a medium-bodied, aromatic exploration that remains crisp and highly drinkable, finishing with a clean, lingering hop presence.

Appearance. Deep golden to light amber (6–9 SRM) with excellent clarity. Pours with a moderately large, creamy off-white head that demonstrates good retention and leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderately high intensity featuring a complex blend of floral, white grape, and tropical fruit notes. Specific accents of passionfruit and berry are prominent, backed by a low, neutral grainy maltiness with a hint of bread crust and clean fermentation esters.
