This American IPA presents a striking blush hue derived from hibiscus, bridging the gap between a classic hop-forward ale and a dry rosé. The aroma is led by a vibrant dry-hop blend of Simcoe, Citra, Amarillo, and Cascade, offering a complex bouquet of grapefruit, pine, and soft tropical fruit notes intertwined with delicate floral petals. Despite the 7.2% ABV, the palate remains remarkably lean and dry, emphasizing the citrus zest and berry-like hibiscus qualities over aggressive bitterness.
