Bolt IPA presents a sophisticated marriage of heritage and modern craft, embodying the soul of a West Coast IPA within a Specialty IPA framework. The aromatic profile is dominated by a bold resinous pine and floral bouquet from Bravo hops, layered over the vibrant citrus and orange zest characteristic of Amarillo. This hop intensity is supported by a subtle backdrop of toasted malt and faint cocoa, honoring the darker character specified by the style.
