This celebratory American IPA showcases a refined hop intensity through the use of concentrated Cryo hops, delivering an exceptionally punchy and saturated sensory experience. The inclusion of organic malts provides a clean, grainy foundation with subtle toasted nuances, allowing the hop character to remain the primary focal point. Expect a vibrant aromatic display of bright citrus, resinous pine, and ripe tropical fruit. On the palate, a firm bitterness is balanced by a lean malt backbone, culminating in a crisp and dry finish. At 7% ABV, it offers a well-integrated warmth that enhances the bold, hop-forward profile without overshadowing the nuanced botanical notes.
Appearance. Medium gold to light reddish-amber (6–12 SRM). Clear with a medium-sized, off-white head characterized by good persistence and moderate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring bright citrus zest, resinous pine, and tropical fruit notes. Supported by a medium-low, clean, grainy maltiness from the organic base. Fermentation is clean with negligible esters.
Taste. Leading with a medium-high hop flavor of grapefruit, pine needle, and mango. A low, grainy malt sweetness provides brief support before a medium-high to high bitterness takes over. The finish is medium-dry to dry, leaving a lingering hoppy and bitter aftertaste. Clean fermentation with a subtle, smooth alcohol presence.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp bite. A very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present, consistent with the 7% ABV. No harshness or astringency.
