This American Stout delivers a bold sensory experience centered on its 7% ABV strength and the intense contribution of Chocolate malt. The aroma is high-intensity, dominated by dark roasted coffee and bittersweet cocoa, framed by the characteristic resinous and citrusy punch of American hops. On the palate, the roast character is assertive, providing flavors of espresso and unsweetened chocolate balanced by a firm bitterness. A medium-full, creamy body carries these dark elements into a lingering, medium-dry finish. The well-integrated alcohol warmth provides a smooth, warming sensation that complements the rich malt profile without introducing any acrid or harsh tones.
Appearance. Jet black color (SRM 40) and completely opaque. Features a large, persistent, tan to light brown head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity of roasted grain, leaning heavily toward dark chocolate and espresso. Moderate citrusy and resinous hop character is present. Very low fruity esters and a clean fermentation profile with a subtle hint of alcohol.
Taste. Strong initial impression of bittersweet chocolate and deeply roasted coffee beans. Medium-low caramel malt sweetness is quickly overtaken by firm hop bitterness and resinous hop flavors. The finish is medium-dry with a pleasant, lingering burnt-grain quality that remains smooth.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable creaminess and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate-high. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is perceptible but not hot or fusel.

Al palato la gradazione alcolica è ben nascosta, le note di cioccolato sono prepotenti ed avvolgenti, accompagnate da tostate note di caffè. Ricca e morbida.
