This American IPA presents an assertive and vibrant sensory profile led by a potent blend of Galaxy, Simcoe, Idaho 7, and Citra hops. The initial impression is defined by intense green tropical passionfruit and tangy gooseberry, underpinned by a resinous, dank citrus character. A soft, pithy peach note adds depth to the mid-palate, while the 7% alcohol content is well-hidden behind a firm bitterness. Clean, grainy malts provide a lean foundation, allowing the complex interplay of New World hops to shine through to a crisp, dry finish that emphasizes refreshing fruit and resinous pine.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber (SRM 7-9) with a medium-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves decorative lacing. Shows brilliant clarity with only a very faint, acceptable haze.

Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma showcasing pungent notes of resinous dank citrus and exotic tropical passionfruit. Secondary layers of gooseberry and ripe peach are supported by a clean, low-intensity grainy malt sweetness and a neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. The palate is dominated by high-intensity hop flavors, specifically pithy peach, passionfruit, and a sharp, green gooseberry snap. A firm, clean bitterness cuts through a light, bready malt backbone. The finish is decidedly dry and lingering, characterized by dank citrus zest and a resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture from hop resins. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively prickle on the tongue. A very subtle, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated.
