This American IPA, a collaborative tribute for Summit Pub, radiates a vibrant sensory profile driven by heavy dry-hopping with Citra, Comet, and Galaxy. The nose is greeted with an intense burst of passionfruit and zesty citrus, complemented by the unique, slightly dank grapefruit notes characteristic of Comet. On the palate, the interplay of tropical fruit and resinous pine sits atop a clean, lean malt foundation that provides structure without cloying sweetness. It finishes crisp and decidedly bitter, with a lingering citrus peel essence. The medium-light body and lively carbonation ensure a refreshing, hop-forward experience that highlights modern Pacific Northwest craft.

Appearance. Pours a clear, bright gold to pale amber with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves fine, decorative lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent tropical fruit, passionfruit, and tangerine. Subtle notes of grapefruit and resinous pine are supported by a very low, clean, bready malt character and a neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is sharply bitter and hop-centric. High hop flavors of peach, citrus zest, and tropical fruit dominate the mid-palate. Low grainy-sweet malt provides a thin but necessary backbone. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering, clean hop bitterness and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, slightly resinous texture. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a crisp bite. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated.
