Dynamite Valley Brewing Co. TNT IPA delivers a vibrant showcase of classic American hops, packing a lively sensory punch despite its sessionable strength. Bright aromas of squeezed grapefruit, resinous pine, and subtle floral undertones dominate the nose. On the palate, a crisp, clean malt backbone of pale grains offers light bready support to an immediate wave of citrus rind bitterness. This American IPA finishes exceptionally dry and refreshing, leaving a lingering, resinous hop bite. It is an approachable, hop-forward ale that captures the bold, piney, and citrus-forward spirit of American hop varieties in a highly drinkable format.
Appearance. Brilliant, clear medium gold with orange highlights. Pours with a thick, frothy, white head that exhibits excellent persistence and leaves dense, clingy lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high aroma of vibrant American hops, highlighting notes of fresh grapefruit, orange peel, and resinous pine. A very low, clean, neutral pale malt sweetness supports the hops. Fermentation profile is exceptionally clean, with no perceptible yeast esters.
Taste. Initial impression is dry and hop-forward. Strong flavors of citrus rind and pine sap dominate, backed by a light, clean, neutral bready malt base. Bitterness is firm and medium-high, balancing the light body. Finishes very dry and clean with a lingering, crisp bitterness and resinous hop aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high, enhancing the dry finish. No astringency, harshness, or alcohol warmth.
