Mind Grapes is an evocative orange wine-inspired wild ale that masterfully bridges the gap between viticulture and brewing. Infused with the aromatic essence of Muscat de Canelli grapes, this collaboration delivers an intense bouquet of elderflower, apricot, and tropical melon. The wild fermentation imparts a delicate rustic funk of sun-dried hay and soft earthy notes that complement the vinous character of the grape skins. Bright and exceptionally dry, it showcases a sophisticated interplay of floral fruitiness and a lean, effervescent structure, concluding with a crisp, tannin-kissed finish that beautifully mirrors the complexity of a skin-contact white wine.
