Duration’s Shifting Baseline is a contemporary American Pale Ale that highlights the synergy between fermentation character and modern hop profiles. The brewery's house yeast strain drives a distinct profile of ripe stone fruit esters, which intertwines seamlessly with the pungent mango and tropical berry notes characteristic of Mosaic hops. Set against a clean, neutral malt backdrop of pale grains, this beer avoids heavy caramel, allowing the hop-derived bitterness and yeast-driven fruitiness to lead.
