This American Pale Ale offers a vibrant sensory journey led by a triad of Krush, Citra, and Galaxy hops. Appearance. Light gold to pale amber (approx. 6 SRM). Displays a moderately large, white, frothy head with excellent retention and delicate lacing. Brilliantly clear.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity hop aroma featuring tropical passion fruit, zest of lime, and grapefruit, alongside a distinct fleshy apricot stone fruit character. Low, clean, bready malt supports the hop profile. Fermentation is very clean with minimal esters, allowing the dry-hop character to lead.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of citrus and stone fruit. Moderate bitterness provides a solid backbone without becoming harsh. The malt is light and bready, serving as a neutral canvas for the Galaxy and Citra hop flavors. The mid-palate reveals apricot and a slight herbal note. Finishes medium-dry and clean with a lingering citrus aftertaste.
