The sensory experience is sharpened by a bright tangerine citrus note that leads into a refreshing, tangy finish. Built on a lean, clean malt base, the hop-forward character remains the undisputed star, offering an inviting complexity that belies its approachable strength. It is a modern, aromatic interpretation of the American IPA style, focused on stone fruit and tropical intensity.
Appearance. Pours a medium gold with a persistent, frothy white head that leaves delicate lacing. Displays a soft, characteristic haze consistent with its modern, hop-forward profile.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical fruit notes of passionfruit and mango. Distinctive stone fruit esters of peach and a sharp tangerine citrus presence are supported by a low, clean, grainy malt background and a neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial hop-forward impression of ripe mango and peach. Medium-high hop bitterness is well-integrated, providing a refreshing counterpoint to the fruity Galaxy and Mosaic flavors. Low, clean, bready malt provides a light foundation, leading to a dry, tangy citrus finish with a lingering tropical aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is medium-high, enhancing the refreshing quality of the beer. Alcohol warmth is absent, and there is no perceived astringency.
