Appearance. Deep gold to light amber. Very light effervescence with no head retention or lacing. Generally clear, though potentially showing a slight haze from the organic apple juice and spice particulate.
Aroma. High intensity aroma of sweet, ripe apples and a complex spice melange. Dominant notes of spicy cinnamon and earthy nutmeg are complemented by the sharp, fresh scent of ginger and a hint of pungent cloves. No malt or hop character; pure fruit and spice focused.
