This Wood-aged Cider offers a sophisticated marriage of fruit and forest. The sensory profile is led by the aroma of crisp, tart apple skins and a distinct undercurrent of toasted oak. On the palate, the 6.2% ABV provides a sturdy backbone for flavors of dried apple, vanilla, and a hint of clove.
