This Czech Premium Pale Lager, brewed specifically for the Špunka pub, offers a vivid sensory experience that emphasizes a notably hoppy character while maintaining traditional balance. The aroma is led by a bouquet of spicy and floral Saaz hops, layered over a deep, bready foundation of Czech malt. On the palate, a rich, decoction-like malt sweetness provides a soft, bready core that supports a firm but rounded bitterness. The finish is remarkably clean and lingering, showcasing the herbal complexity of the hops against a smooth, medium-bodied mouthfeel. Appearance. Deep gold (approximately 5-6 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, long-lasting, creamy white head that leaves persistent lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Rich, bready malt aroma with light toasted notes. Prominent spicy and herbal hop character. Clean fermentation with very low, optional diacetyl and no detectable fruity esters.
