This Wild Specialty Beer is a vibrant, viscous homage to a tropical dessert. A dense, opaque orange pour releases intense aromas of ripe mango nectar and tangy passionfruit, softened by sweet vanilla and a rich, creamy coconut milk undertone. The palate is a luxurious, smoothie-like experience, where the initial punch of tropical fruit meets a delicate lactic acidity. A subtle touch of salt enhances the sweetness, while the vanilla provides a silky, pudding-like finish. It captures a decadent liquid dessert character, balancing luscious sweetness with a bright, fruity tartness that lingers pleasantly on the palate.

Appearance. Opaque, deep golden-orange (SRM 8–10) with the appearance of fruit purée. The head is thick, creamy, and pale yellow, though retention is moderate to low with minimal lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant fresh mango and sharp, tropical passionfruit. Secondary notes of sweet vanilla bean and rich, fatty coconut milk. Very low grainy malt and no hop aroma; clean lactic tartness is present.

Taste. Immediate impact of sweet mango purée and tart passionfruit. The mid-palate reveals creamy coconut and a softening vanilla character. Bitterness is virtually absent; a slight saltiness provides a savory counterpoint to the residual sweetness. The finish is long, fruity, and dessert-like with a clean fermentation profile.

Mouthfeel. Full, viscous, and smoothie-like body. Low carbonation. Extremely creamy and silky texture from coconut milk and vanilla additions. No perceptible alcohol warmth.
