This Cold IPA iteration of an American IPA delivers a strikingly clean and focused sensory experience. Brilliantly clear and pale gold, it opens with an intense hop-forward bouquet of zesty grapefruit, crushed pine needles, and a hint of passion fruit. The fermentation is exceptionally neutral, allowing the hop character to resonate without ester interference. On the palate, a crisp, cracker-like malt backbone provides just enough support for a firm, assertive bitterness that cuts cleanly across the tongue. The finish is remarkably dry and refreshing, lingering with resinous hop oils and a snap of citrus peel, epitomizing the modern, bright interpretation of the style.

Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity. Pours with a persistent, fine-textured white head that leaves tight lacing on the glass as it recedes.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of citrus zest, tropical pineapple, and dank resin. Background malt is very low, presenting a clean, grainy, cracker-like character. Fermentation profile is neutral and flawlessly clean with no detectable esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of hop flavor, primarily orange peel and pine. Malt flavor is low and unobtrusive, resembling toasted white bread. Bitterness is medium-high to high but remains smooth. Finish is very dry and crisp with a lingering hoppy, resinous aftertaste and no harshness.
