Appearance. Very pale straw to gold color (3 SRM). Features a hazy to opaque clarity due to the heavy fruit additions, topped with a dense white head that exhibits poor retention, characteristic of high-acidity beers.
Aroma. High intensity of tropical fruit, dominated by pungent passion fruit and ripe mango. A subtle peach sweetness lingers in the background. Malt is low, offering a clean, crackery or bready note. The fermentation character is sharply sour and lemony with no detectable hop aroma or yeast-derived funk.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tart, juicy fruit followed by a clean, sharp lactic sourness. Prominent flavors of mango and passion fruit drive the palate, complemented by a soft peach fruitiness. Low grainy malt flavor supports the acidity. Bitterness is undetectable. The finish is off-dry and highly refreshing, lacking any vinegary or harsh acetic notes.
Mouthfeel. Light-bodied with a crisp, effervescent carbonation. There is zero alcohol warmth. The presence of fruit puree provides a slight pulpy texture, while the high acidity creates a refreshing pucker without significant astringency.
