This luminous Hazy Double IPA is a singular tribute to Citra, allowing the hop’s iconic profile to dominate the sensory experience. It pours a vibrant, hazy gold with a persistent white head. The bouquet is intense, radiating pungent notes of grapefruit, lime zest, and ripe tropical fruits. On the palate, the Citra-driven flavors translate into a lush, juicy melange of citrus and mango, supported by a clean, neutral malt backbone. Despite its strength, it maintains high drinkability with a smooth, firm bitterness and a soft, medium-full body. The finish is clean and lingering, emphasizing pure hop essence over residual sweetness.

Appearance. SRM 6-8. Pale gold to light orange-copper with a pronounced haze. Topped with a dense, persistent, off-white head that leaves thick lacing.

Aroma. Intensity is high. Citra hop character is dominant with notes of grapefruit, lime, and crushed pineapple. Background tropical fruit notes of mango and melon. Low, neutral, grainy malt presence. Clean fermentation profile with a very subtle hint of alcohol sweetness.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit and bright citrus. Citra-driven flavors of grapefruit and lime pith dominate. Bitterness is firm and assertive but smooth and devoid of harshness. Soft, neutral malt support provides balance. Finishes medium-dry with a long, resinous, fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a creamy, soft texture. Moderate carbonation. A well-integrated, smooth alcohol warmth is noticeable but restrained. No hop-derived astringency.
