Electro is a 'neo-old-school' American IPA that pays homage to the classic West Coast profile with a refined, punchy execution. Built upon a sturdy base of pale ale malts, pilsner malts, and crystal malts, it pours with an amberesque hue and a resilient white head. The sensory experience is dominated by a bold hop quartet: Amarillo and Cascade deliver vibrant citrus pulses, while Chinook and Columbus provide deep layers of resinous pine and spicy earthiness. A firm, high-scoring bitterness cuts through the malty support, finishing clean and dry. This powerhouse balances its elevated strength with crisp carbonation and a lingering, hoppy bite.

Appearance. Deep gold to light reddish-amber with brilliant clarity. Features a medium-sized, off-white, frothy head with excellent persistence and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent grapefruit, orange peel, and floral notes from the Amarillo and Cascade additions. This is layered with heavy resinous pine and herbal spice from Chinook and Columbus. Supporting malt is clean and low, offering a light grainy-sweetness and a touch of caramel.

Taste. Initial hop-forward impression of grapefruit and pine resin. High bitterness is firm and assertive but lacks harshness. Supporting malt flavors of toasted bread and light caramel provide balance without being heavy. Fermentation is clean with very low esters. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering, clean, hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp bite. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is noticeable but smooth, with no astringency.
