This medium-dry cider, crafted from the first press of Discovery apples, offers a vibrant and refreshing sensory profile. The nose is dominated by the unmistakable fragrance of fresh-picked fruit, with delicate floral notes and a hint of strawberry characteristic of the Discovery variety. Its appearance is a soft, pale gold, retaining an attractive, natural haziness from its unfiltered character. On the palate, a crisp, clean apple flavor takes center stage, balanced by a bright acidity that leads to a refreshing, medium-dry finish. Appearance. Pale yellow to light gold (SRM 2-4). Almost hazy with a natural, translucent quality; very low head retention with a brief white collar that dissipates quickly.
