Shiller is an intense and vibrant Gose that pushes the boundaries of the style with a lavish addition of fruit. The experience is dominated by a rich, tropical burst of Mango and the tart, earthy tang of Black Currant, creating a complex fruit profile. A smooth undercurrent of Vanilla softens the lactic acidity, adding a creamy, dessert-like dimension. While the base Gose provides a foundation of doughy wheat and a subtle, mouthwatering saltiness, the massive fruit additions provide the primary focus. Appearance. Deep reddish-purple to magenta (15-20 SRM) due to heavy fruit saturation; opaque and pulpy appearance with a thick, pink-tinted head showing moderate retention.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant notes of ripe mango and sharp black currant alongside a prominent sweet vanilla character. Clean lactic sourness and a faint doughy wheat malt are present, with no hop aroma.

Taste. Initial punch of tart black currant and tropical mango sweetness; moderate lactic acidity is balanced by a rounding vanilla flavor. Subtle doughy malt and a light, mineral saltiness emerge toward the finish, enhancing the fruit profile. Bitterness is very low, finishing with lingering berry tartness and a soft, fruity sweetness.
