This vibrant Gose presents a bold, contemporary twist on the historical style, dominated by an indulgent profile of ripe Banana and sweet Vanilla. The nose leads with high-intensity fruit creaminess, while the palate balances the massive fruit addition against a foundation of soft wheat malt and a characteristic, refreshing lactic acidity.
