This Imperial Gose presents a maximalist sensory experience anchored by an intense saturation of black currant. The aroma is dominated by jammy, earthy dark fruit and a rich, creamy veil of vanilla. On the palate, a sharp lactic acidity and the tart, tannic snap of currants are immediately met by a luscious, dessert-like sweetness from the vanilla.
