This classic American IPA presents a vibrant sensory profile driven by a heavy-handed dry hopping of Talus and Mosaic. The deliberate absence of caramel malts allows the hops to shine against a lean, straw-colored backdrop. Expect an intense aromatic burst of tropical fruits and berries from the Mosaic, intertwined with the distinctive resinous pine and pink grapefruit notes of Talus. The palate is crisp and hop-forward, delivering a firm bitterness and a refreshing, dry finish. It is a clean, modern interpretation that emphasizes bright fruit and coniferous depths over malt sweetness, resulting in a focused and punchy hop experience.
Appearance. Brilliant clarity with a light yellow to pale gold color. Features a medium-sized, persistent white head with fine-textured lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of mango, passion fruit, and blueberry from the Mosaic addition, complemented by resinous pine and citrus pith from the Talus. Low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a neutral base with no caramel presence. Fermentation is clean and free of esters.
