This vibrant Double IPA, a collaborative effort with Hoof Hearted, showcases a decadent malt base of Riverbend Malt 2-Row and a heavy-handed addition of flaked oats and wheat for a luscious, rounded texture. The hop profile is dominated by intense layers of tropical fruit, driven by double dry-hop additions of BRU-1 and Sabro, alongside a concentrated punch of El Dorado Cryo. Expect an aromatic explosion of fresh-cut pineapple and ripe mango, giving way to a creamy coconut and lime pina colada character. Bright, zesty orange juice notes linger through the finish, supported by a clean house fermentation profile and a soft, integrated bitterness.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (SRM 6-8). Prominent haze with a dense, persistent off-white head and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma of fresh pineapple, mango, and creamy coconut. Supportive, soft, grainy malt in the background with a clean fermentation profile and a hint of smooth alcohol.

Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of tropical fruit, specifically pineapple and mango, followed by a distinct coconut and orange juice character. Malt flavor is low and bready, providing a soft foundation. Bitterness is moderately high but smooth and lacking harshness. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering, fruit-forward hop aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a creamy, soft texture from the heavy use of oats and wheat. Moderate carbonation and a light, smooth alcohol warmth. No hop-derived astringency.
