This Fruit Cider presents a refined blend of heritage apples from the Flemish Ardennes and Meetjesland, fermented to a crisp finish with champagne yeast. The use of traditional heritage varieties provides a rustic depth, yet the profile remains remarkably accessible due to exceptionally low tannin levels. Effervescent and bright, it offers a sophisticated balance between the earthy orchard fruit and the zesty, piquant lift of redcurrant, resulting in a refreshing and clean aperitif-style experience.
Appearance. Presents a brilliant clarity with a pale golden color accented by a delicate pink or salmon-colored hue from the redcurrant. Features a highly effervescent, rapidly dissipating white head with minimal lacing.
