Drop Project Strike is a refined American Lager that elevates the style through a high-quality foundation of pilsner malts. This 4.2% ABV pour delivers a refreshing, clean character, showcasing the elegant herbal and floral contributions of Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saaz hops. Cold fermentation ensures a smooth profile with a super clean, crisp finish. Appearance. Very pale straw (SRM 2). Brilliant clarity with a white, frothy head that shows moderate to low retention and minimal lacing.

Aroma. Low intensity. Clean, grainy-sweet malt character from the pilsner base. Subtle hop notes of spice and dried flowers. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial impression is crisp and refreshing. Low grainy malt sweetness follows, balanced by a moderately-low hop bitterness. Light herbal and spicy hop flavors are present but restrained. Finishes very dry and clean with a short, thirst-quenching aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body. High carbonation provides a lively, carbonic bite. Smooth and crisp with no alcohol warmth or astringency.
