Drop Project

Sixfold is a vibrant American IPA that balances celebratory intensity with effortless drinkability. The sensory profile is defined by a sophisticated hop blend, where Nelson Sauvin contributes elegant notes of white grape and crushed gooseberry. Idaho 7 adds layers of ripe tropical fruit and resinous pine, while Citra provides a sharp, refreshing citrus zest finish. Beneath these waves of hops, a clean, supportive malt backbone ensures a smooth delivery without overshadowing the aromatic complexity. The result is a juicy yet structured experience, capturing a modern approach to the style with a crisp, refreshing bitterness and a clean, lingering finish.

Appearance. Medium gold with a very light, attractive haze. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by white wine, gooseberry, and tropical mango. Secondary notes of grapefruit zest and a hint of resinous pine. Low, clean, grainy-sweet malt provides a subtle background support.

Taste. Bold hop flavors of white grape and pineapple lead the palate, followed by a punchy citrus zest. Medium-high bitterness provides a firm structure that never becomes harsh. The malt character is low and crackery, allowing the hops to shine through to a dry, crisp finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-bodied with a smooth, almost creamy texture. Moderate to high carbonation provides a refreshing prickle on the tongue. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
