Drop Project Ridge reimagines the classic German Pils through a modern West Coast lens. This collaboration with Seagrove Public maintains a traditional clean, crisp lager backbone built on grainy, cracker-like malts. However, the sensory profile is significantly elevated by the vibrant addition of Mosaic and Lorien hops. Mosaic imparts bold layers of mixed berries, tropical fruit, and bright citrus, while Lorien provides a nuanced floral and herbal complexity that anchors the beer in its Continental roots. The result is a brilliantly balanced, refreshing lager that pairs a sharp, bitter finish with an expressive, fruit-forward hop bouquet.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (3 SRM); brilliant clarity with a creamy, long-lasting white head and excellent lacing.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity featuring a complex blend of tropical fruit, blueberry, and citrus from the Mosaic hops, alongside the floral and herbal notes of Lorien. Low grainy-sweet, doughy malt character provides a clean base with no fermentation byproducts.

Taste. Initial malt notes of toasted cracker are quickly overtaken by vibrant hop flavors of citrus, berry, and a touch of herbal spice. Medium-high bitterness is firm but clean, leading into a bone-dry, crisp finish. The aftertaste lingers with a refreshing blend of resinous hops and light grain.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate-high carbonation. Crisp and refreshing with a slight mineral sharpness; no alcohol warmth or astringency.
