Appearance. Pale golden (SRM 5-6). Brilliantly clear with a moderately large, frothy white head that displays good retention and fine lacing.
Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma featuring crushed gooseberry, white wine, and passionfruit, complemented by bright lime and grapefruit zest. Low, neutral grainy-bread maltiness provides a clean foundation. Clean fermentation profile with no significant yeast esters.
Taste. Hop-forward initial impression with layers of gooseberry, lime, and tropical fruit. Malt flavor is low and neutral, providing a light cracker-like support. Moderate to high hop bitterness provides a firm structure. The finish is notably crisp and dry, with a clean and lingering citrus aftertaste.
