Drop Project Juice Pig is a quintessential Hazy IPA that exemplifies a lush, fruit-forward sensory profile. The aroma is dominated by the mesmerizing sweetness of ripe mango and peach, driven by a generous blend of BRU-1 and Strata hops. On the palate, Simcoe provides a necessary citrus hit and a subtle bite that balances the intense tropicality. Appearance. SRM 4–6 (straw to gold). Opaque and hazy with a characteristic shine. Features a medium, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pronounced tropical stone fruits like mango and peach, complemented by bright citrus. Background malt is neutral, lightly bready, and grainy. Clean fermentation profile with no clashing esters.

Taste. Very high fruity hop flavor mirroring the mango and peach notes. Low to medium-low bready malt flavor. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate, well-masked by a full body, resulting in a smooth finish without harshness or hop burn.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, smooth, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. No astringency or raw starch texture; very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
