This American IPA is a robust West Coast classic that leads with a bold, resinous punch. Bright aromatics of grapefruit and tropical mango from Citra and Mosaic hops are grounded by a heavy dose of piney, dank resin courtesy of Chinook. The sensory profile features a pronounced malt backbone of rich caramel and toasted biscuit sweetness that provides a sturdy counterpoint to the aggressive bitterness. The result is a complex interplay between juicy fruit notes and a deep, forest-like earthiness, finishing with a crisp, lingering resinous snap that defines the style's classic roots while maintaining a clean, professional fermentation profile.

Appearance. Deep gold to light copper-amber (9–12 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, persistent off-white head that leaves thick, soapy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of pine resin, grapefruit zest, and tropical passionfruit. A supporting medium-low malt character provides scents of toasted biscuit and sweet caramel. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is firmly bitter with a medium-high IBU impact. Flavors of dank resin and pine needles from Chinook hops dominate, layered with citrus and berry notes from Citra and Mosaic. A significant malt presence of toasted grain and caramel balances the hop charge. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering, clean, resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp palate-cleansing effect. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth with a minor, style-appropriate hop astringency.
