This Hazy IPA presents an intense, fruit-forward sensory experience driven by a complex blend of hops. The combination of Amarillo and Idaho 7 delivers a massive wave of stone fruit, dried apricot, and tropical pineapple, while Centennial contributes a bright citrus and floral lift. A strategic addition of Chinook provides a subtle, grounding piney resin that balances the sweeter fruit notes. The aroma is powerful and evocative, supported by a neutral, bready malt base. On the palate, the beer is exceptionally smooth and pillowy, showcasing a restrained bitterness that allows the juicy hop character to linger through a soft, off-dry finish.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-7 SRM) with a significant, opaque haze and a luminous shine. Pours with a thick, meringue-like white head that exhibits high retention and leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring layers of peach, mango, and tangerine. Low bready malt character serves as a neutral backdrop. Fermentation is clean with supportive, light fruity esters and no detectable alcohol or diacetyl.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with prominent notes of nectarine, grapefruit, and tropical fruit. Malt flavor is low and cracker-like. Perceived bitterness is moderate but soft and well-integrated, leading to a smooth finish without harshness or hop burn. The aftertaste is long and juicy.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. No astringency or harshness is present, and there is only a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
