This Hazy IPA captures the essence of a New Zealand summer, delivering a big, bold sensory profile inspired by lush hop-laden mountains. Intense aromas of tropical stone fruit and bright citrus lead into a flavor profile bursting with juicy character. True to its New England style, the beer is smooth and slick on the palate, featuring a soft, plush mouthfeel that rounds out any sharp edges. A subtle, grainy malt backbone provides a clean foundation for the hop-forward expression, culminating in an off-dry finish that invites another sip of this vibrant, sun-drenched brew.

Appearance. Pale straw to soft orange with a characteristic opaque haze and a luminous shine. Renders with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention.

Aroma. Intense hop-forward bouquet featuring passionfruit, mango, and zesty citrus. Features a clean, lightly bready malt background and a supportive, fruity fermentation profile without any herbal or grassy notes.

Taste. High intensity of fruity hop flavors including stone fruit and tropical notes. Malt flavor is low and neutral-grainy. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft due to the full body, finishing off-dry and juicy without harshness.
