This clear golden lager exudes an inviting brightness, highlighted by a clean fermentation profile despite its unique warmer fermentation. The aroma is defined by a moderate intensity of lemon and tropical fruit notes, which lift the delicate, grainy-sweet foundation. Hints of light caramel malt provide a subtle toasted cracker backdrop without detracting from the beer's essential dryness. On the palate, a firm bitterness asserts itself quickly, balancing the doughy malt before giving way to a crisp, minerally, and decidedly dry finish that encourages the next sip.
Appearance. Deep yellow to gold (SRM 3-4). Brilliant clarity with a creamy, long-lasting white head and excellent lacing.
