Cove Dune reinterprets the Hazy IPA through a uniquely British lens, utilizing exclusively English hops to create a profile rich in orange marmalade, floral honey, and forest resin. This golden, opaque pour offers a soft and pillowy texture that carries the aromatic intensity of traditional hedgerow fruits. The malt character remains supportive and bready, providing a platform for the resinous hop oils to shine without the sharp edge of high bitterness. It is a harmonious marriage of the modern hazy aesthetic and classic English terroir, finishing smooth with a lingering, fruit-driven sweetness and refined character.

Appearance. Deep straw to golden (5 SRM) with a persistent, meringue-like white head leaving decorative lacing. Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine, free of large particulates or yeast clumps.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of ripe stone fruit, citrus marmalade, and a distinct resinous, earthy quality. Background malt is lightly bready and grainy, while fermentation esters provide a subtle apricot and pear character that complements the English hop profile.

Taste. Leading with high fruity hop flavors of orange peel and dried flowers, followed by a soft, bready malt sweetness. Bitterness is low to moderate and exceptionally smooth, never becoming harsh. The finish is off-dry and fruit-forward, with a resinous aftertaste that lingers gently on the palate.
