This Wild Specialty Beer presents a vivid sensory experience that balances the intense, tart profile of fresh raspberries with a decadent, pillowy marshmallow sweetness. The aroma is a bold tapestry of jammy red fruit and sugary vanilla fluff, underpinned by the soft, rustic acidity of a wild fermentation. On the palate, the zesty, bright character of the raspberries cuts through a velvety, marshmallow-infused body, creating a harmonious interplay between fruit acidity and confectionery richness. It is a modern, indulgent take on the style that merges the complexity of wild ales with a lush, dessert-like finish and a creamy, lingering aftertaste.

Appearance. Deep magenta to ruby red hue (SRM 15-20); dense, pink-tinted head with moderate retention and light lacing; opaque clarity due to heavy fruit and marshmallow additions.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant jammy raspberry and red fruit esters; prominent vanilla and powdered sugar notes from marshmallow fluff; moderate lactic acidity with very low earthy funk; minimal bready malt character.

Taste.
