Appearance. Hazy golden color (5-7 SRM) with a beautiful, opaque glow. It features a persistent, rocky, white meringue-like head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by tropical pineapple and stone fruit. Citrus and floral notes are prominent, supported by a neutral, lightly bready malt backbone and fruity fermentation esters.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor featuring peach, pineapple, and citrus. Low bready malt flavor provides a foundation for the soft, restrained bitterness. It finishes off-dry with a lingering, juicy fruit character.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, smooth, and pillowy texture. Medium carbonation and light, well-integrated alcohol warmth; no harshness or astringency.
