Space Ninja is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures a modern, tropical sensory profile through a focused application of Citra and Mosaic hops. The pour is a hazy golden with an opaque glow, immediately releasing high-intensity aromas of ripe mango and juicy papaya. On the palate, the Citra provides a bright citrus undercurrent while the Mosaic adds depth with notes of stone fruit. Despite the lush, fruity nose, the beer transitions into a surprisingly dry finish that emphasizes drinkability.
