Dovetail Brewery's Vienna Lager is a masterclass in elegant simplicity, pouring a brilliant copper that highlights its 100% Vienna Malt foundation. The sensory experience is defined by a sophisticated, toasty bready richness and a clean lager fermentation, subtly accented by the delicate, spicy and floral notes of Styrian Golding hops. Appearance. Copper color with brilliant clarity. Features a large, creamy, off-white head with excellent persistence and fine lacing.
